Ford 5000 dash lights

I've got a light on on the left side of my dash. It kinda looks like an arrow pointing down????? No owners manual. Oil pressure??? Thanks.

Oil light should have the shape of an oil can. Pretty sure it's on the right side. The 'arrow' you're seeing is the bottom part of a lightning bolt, for the electrical system.

I have that light with the arrow pointing down on my 3600. It is supposed to be an air intake restriction warning light. If the filter gets plugged, or if the precleaner/screen on the air intake tube gets plugged, there is a restrictor switch that senses the additional suction pressure and triggers an alarm.

I"ve looked in the New Holland Online Parts Store, and I do not see a restrictor switch on a 5000. I don"t have the switch on my 3600 either. So my light only works I initially turn the key on and start the tractor.

If you have one, the restrictor switch is mounted on the air intake tube. That light gets its ground circuit through the restrictor switch.

The left side cluster light on a 5000 series cluster is the charge indicator. Not uncommon for it to be lit until it burns out given how well they charge...
The right side light is the oil pressure. It should light when you turn the key on and for a couple of seconds after then engine starts... it should go out. If you don't ever see it light... it's burned out or otherwise inoperative. That should be fixed...
