i hav a 871 ford sos and hard to find paRTS and info about it will the 8oo series enter change on parts.

Some, but not all. 800s were not available in an SOS version.

The 600/800 series has lots of parts that are interchangeable with the 601/801 series. The S-O-S transmission wasn't introduced until partway through the x01 series life, and so there were no S-O-S models in the earlier x00 series, and because of that there will be no transmission parts from any 800 series that would interchange with transmission parts from your 871.

If yours has the replacement Direct Drive Clutch (DDC) version of the S-O-S then transmission parts will interchange from the 4 cylinder 2000 and 4000 series tractors that came out as the replacement for the 601 and 801 series.

Fords are not hard to find parts for, but the SOS is not as easy. You do not say if you are looking for SOS parts or others. If you were to post specifically what you need you would probably get many answers.

Do you know how to search old threads here? An IT manual would be a very good place o learn a lot as well.
