sorry i took so long day job got in the way.
piston pump, fluid clean and full, no noise that sounds out of place, primed pump it didn't help, took the side cover off no fluid coming down but i don't see fluid moving at all its still as a mill pond in there. any place to put a gauge to check the presser of the pump?

Quoting Removed, click Modern View to seeYes, insert gauge in place of plug in top front of pump. Be prepared to see only about 40psi, as that is pressure during bypass, as set by backpressure valve. You can only see 2000psi when lift is commanded & lift arms are tied down such that they cannot rise (obviously not going to work, since lift doesn't try to lift), OR you can blockoff the feed into the top cover and measure. Pump ought to dump ~3gpm out that "gauge" port at virtually no pressure.
