I have a rear outlet on my 860 for use when i pull my 6 foot mower behind it. it comes off a valve on the top cover looks like a factory valve. last year it kept getting slower and slower to pick up and now i have a have the tractor close to wide open to lift it up something is messed up in my hydraulics was wondering where a good place to start would be maybe the safety valve or something. when i starting mowing with it years back it could idle and lift it right up.

"Years ago.........." Nothing lasts forever. Pump probably just wearing out. You could attach a pressure gauge and lock down cylinder(s) so nothing can move & see if it will build 2000psi. Probably won't, but even if it does there will still be the question of volume. How does 3 point work with a heavy load? Could be just a leaky bush hog cylinder (dual or single action?)
