y'all may want to take a look at this 3000D

I see a PS pump and cylinder. Wonder about the hours. Rewire on
that tractor a no brainer. With all those pie weights, obviously has
been doing some hard work. Wonder what kind of wear that
generated. Otherwise for a starting point, a good price.

If it wasn't so far away, i'd buy it. You could remove the weights, fix the wiring and cosmetics, and sell the tractor for $3500-$4000 here, and sell the weights separate. Make money on both... Has hyd remote on it also...

Without seeing the rest of the pics it's hard to say.... but off the cuff it sounds about 1000-1500 too high to me for a burn victim. You could easily drop a grand into that just fixing the electrical, plus your time.... on a tractor already with unknown hours.

I think you are right John.
You'd never see a tractor like that here at that price.
Still a little high to interest me though - for so far away and not knowing the condition of the engine, clutch, etc.
Most of 2400 miles RT for me - $700 in gas and 4 days on the road.
I've been looking for a project like that but nothing around.

I agree with Ultra - that would be a good price
here, if it was within reasonable driving distance.
Jerry- going to be sending you an email in a bit
about a potential project.

There's a guy in the hauling schedule going through Missoula on his way back to northern WI... not sure if he'd have enough room for a tractor, though.
