Are the 960 fenders the same as the 600 and 800 fenders?

I don't think so. The 960 fender has a bump in the bottom which the 600 and 800 don't have

I have an extra set but they are not good. little rust and a lot bent.

The shell of the fender is the same. The mounting bracket that is welded to it is shorter.

best thing is to start looking in your local tractor salvage yards. As Dean and others have said they are unique to the 700/900 rowcrop tractors. True reproductions are not available that I know of. If you can find them from a salvage yard in any condition resembling good they will not be cheap. For this reason I chose to repair mine as best I could.
