They were perhaps an option but I've never seen them on a 3600. It's not that they'd be hard to change. Not beyond a dealers doing to change them either... if the little ones were needed on a 4600 at the time... just swap em out with this one and nobody will know the difference.

This is what I remember from back then. I know my dad sold many of these tractors. He also sold a lot of compact diesels. Somewhere I have a Ford incentive dollar. It looks like a dollar bill, but has a tractor in the middle and the back says something along the lines of $50 bonus per tractor sold during the incentive period. He won a sales award in 1979 for the most compact tractors sold in the month of July 1979. I have that award in my bathroom hahaha
