I am currently having issues with my HST sticking. I have looked to see if something is causing it to stick, but canot find anything. I have greased it but it is still sticking.
 
what did you grease? did you take the platform off the tractor and look at the centering shock? when you say sticking, do you mean it is creeping forward without your foot on the pedal, or is it not returning to center? does it not return to center in both forward and reverse, or just one. If just one, which one?

part number 28 is the shock damper. The picture should take you in the right direction, though.
