How do I remove the power steering filter out of a 65 2000? It's the power steering cap that screws on. I've removed the nut on top but does the lid pop off or is it screwed on. Thanks in advance.

Thank You soundguy, They were painted together and had a heck of a time getting them apart. I ordered a IT manual but it hasn't got here yet. Now I have to replace all the diesel lines that are all ate up from being replaced with the wrong type of tubing.
