I SAW SOME USED FRONT TIRES AND RIMS ON CRAIG"S LIST. 4.00 - 15 FOR TWO. $ 109.00 , WOULD THE TIRES FIT ON MY RIMS ? I HAVE A 53 FORD JUBILEE , MY RIMS ARE 16 , USED TIRES ARE 3 RIB, TRACTOR JUST MY TOY !!! THANKS ALL HAVE A HAPPY SAFE NEW YEAR .
 
4.00-15 means that the tread width is 4 inches, and the inside diameter of the tire at the bead is 15 inches. Since you say that you have 16 inch rims, then sorry. No, those tires will not fit your rims.
 
Most 15" are 5 lug. your 16" are 6 lug unless they have been changed out. So as Sean said, they will not fit.
