Got it installed today. So far, looks good. Glad I used plain water for the testing and to warm it up. Had one leaky hose. Only lost some water. No glycol. I agree now the re-torqueing is must. After warmed up and then letting it cool down for an hour or so, every one of the head bolts turned almost a quarter turn before the wrench clicked. I removed the rocker support arm to make sure of proper torque on all the bolts. Drained the water, refilled with coolant. Temp was kind of erratic until I got it all filled after the thermostat opened and closed a few times. Air pockets? Anyway, oil looks good now and best of all, NO BUBBLES IN RADIATOR!!! Going to leave the tin off a few more days and recheck oil to make sure it's still clean. Then I'll finish up the cosmetic stuff. THANKS to ALL for your help!
