Took the PM drive bushing out of the hyd pump and removed the little driveshaft for the PM cable. Upon inspection found that the cable end was not securely engaged. It just sat in the middle and the driveshaft spun around it. So, I crimped the drive shaft just enough to grab the cable and all is good. Anyone else have this problem? Thanks Guys. |

| | It looked like the new cable end just wasnt crimped with enough force to make a tall enough ear. Not sure where it was made but certainly appears less quality than you would expect. But the good news is it's now working. I still have two very small drips to figure out. One looks like a oil pan gasket is needed at the next oil change and the other one is coming from one of the lift arm seals on the trumpet. Very minor leak though so may just let it drip for awhile. Thanks again Mark for your help. |
