Would a loader off a Ford 850 fit a 981 selecto speed wide front without much modification ,I dont know the brand of loader but looks like a Ford loader on another site.

Probably not without the aid of a torch and welder.
Not only are the 9o1s longer but the front bolster is completely different.
Loader frame on an 800 usually attaches to the bolster under the front grill. 901 is completely different there.
Also, if the loader was powered on the 800 by a front pump there is no way to add a front pump to a 901.

Yes, with a little fabrication. I sold a loader that came on a 900 and a friend put it on his jubilee. No big deal.

where u from? im in northern ky have a complete loader trip bucket (big) complete frame and a loader frame for your 981 that came off my 981 and an extra loader frame good cylinders and loader has stands welded to it so it can be removed $400 for all

unless it's a 711/722 1-arm laoder.. it will take work like UD mentioned. IE.. torch / welder.

even if a 711/722 it will need a different front bracket.. but that is at least torchable..
