4000 3cyl 201 diesel engine experts?

Can any Ford expert find the following specs for 3.3L 201 3cyl diesel rods?

rod journal size?

wrist pin size?

especially rod length (center to center)?
 
Diesel and gas use the same rods. Wrist pin size is 1.4997"-1.5000" and the rod journals should be 2.749"-2.750". My books don't give the rod lenght.
 
The 2/3/4000 all used 3-cyl engines. Same physical size blocks, but different bores/strokes. Could be 158, 175, 183, 192, or 201 c.i. from 4.2" or 4.4" bores with 3.8", 4.2" or 4.4" strokes.
There were also some Japanese built compacts that used 3-cylinder engines. Don't know much about them.
 
There were several different 3 cylinder engines that used at least 3 different strokes and 2 different bores. Generally a 4000 diesel will only have a 201...
Without going on a goose chase... have you looked at the date codes on the engine to see if they roughly correspond to the build date for the tractor? If they do... it would generally be thought that it is a 201 engine... The engine model number would also be stamped on the oil pan rail of the block on the right side... Check that and post it. IIRC, there will be a letter that ID's the engine.

I'm thinking the rod lengths on all of the 3,4,and 6 cyl engines were all the same.
Differing strokes were dealt with with pin height in the piston.
Rods probably changed part numbers over the years but the rod from a 158 would probably work in a 401.
 
I'm pretty sure there were at least 2 different rods in addition to pin height differences... It's a while since I did much digging around in the parts book on that subject tho.
