Two hoists working together would be ideal. You have to hold the front end of the frame up, slide it forward about 6" then dip the rear frame under the pedals and running boards, then lift them back up to clear the front axle. We played around with one for an afternoon and gouged the pretty new paint on a 3600 trying to put it on. Clearance between the main frame and tin is Very close. We pulled it back off to fix the paint and still haven't put it back on. [Reply]  [No Email]
TONY JACOBS 12-08-2012 06:14:34 64.12.116.9 Report to Moderator	Re: FEL removal in reply to Ultradog MN, 12-04-2012 15:39:49   Hello Jerry , When you go to reinstall that loader on the 3600 take a CLEAN piece of rubber sheeting(at 1/4 inch thick)or thin flexible rubber mudflap from a truck with holes in the corners and tie on the tractor to protect the paint near the valve , it works great and is the only way I have been able to save the paint on tractors with the limited amount of clearence you have to work with . One chain to the front of the frame, two the rear posts, and the floor jack under the mounting loop in the loader frame under the front end of the tractor . DRAIN THE OIL FROM THE FRAME , Disconnect the front pump and the drive shaft, pull the pins in the rear and the front bolts and lift . I do it with one of my loader/tractors by myself in about a half an hour , it is really an easy job . Thanks Tony [Reply]  [No Email]
