O/T - prayers needed

I ususally see these requests on the tractor talk board...hope you don't mind me posting this here.
Just found out the other day that a friend of mine has brain tumors. He's been on a new/different chemo, but had a bad reaction to it, and has chemical burns to about 50% of his body. I don't know much more than that. His wife has MS, so that makes things just that much harder...
I've known him since he started working at our local Ford dealership in the mid to late 70's. Friendly, helpful guy, and knows SOS's foreward and backward.
Any of you who would be willing to say a prayer for Dave and Cathy, it would be appreciated. Thanks.
 

Are they believers? Thanks for including their names. I have prayed for their trust in the Lord.
 
Thanks for letting us know. I will be praying for this couple. We never know what we are going to face but the Lord is good, Rom 8-28.
 
Thanks for sharing Mark. There is definitely strength from the power of prayers throughout a large following like this. My wife has been fighting cancer for almost 10 years now and I am a true beleiver in the power of prayer from friends and strangers alike. God Bless!

Knowing Jesus Christ as Saviour & Lord does give us a straight line to Him thru Prayers . I really don"t feel that its fair some have to suffer so much , but God being there with us is our only confort & hope . I"ve had family members suffer a lot with cancer until finally passing on . But it did give me so peace seing the joy & relief they shared during their last breaths . The had no fear since they had the Lord graciously holding their hands as the went . I will be praying for both of the friends you mentioned . And for you also . Continue to be at his side thru it all & thanks for sharing . God bless, Ken

Thanks for sharing and I will remember these folks in my prayers. This is another great example of why I appreciate this board and the people who particiapate in it.
