On the bottom of the differential housing of my '63 Ford 2000, there are 4 bolts installed vertically from the bottom up that attach the drawbar bracket. Does anyone know if those bolt holes are through or blind?
I've reworked an old drawbar I had laying around to replace the one missing from this machine and my thought is to remove the bracket and install the drawbar and pin it to where the pin is captive between the bracket and differential housing.
If those are through holes, I'd be leaking out fluid while mounting the drawbar making a mess and I'd rather avoid that.
