Rebuilding a steering box and need a gasket and seal kit for a 1965 4000 3cyl. Can't find one anywhere. Does anyone know where I can find these seals and gasket?

The gasket is only to be had from CNH.
The seal was about $40 from CNH so I took it to Oreilly Auto Parts and they got me one for about $12.
