Great mix of primer, paint and rust.
Myself I'd keep it as is on a porch or covered deck. Not restore it.
She could train the plant to look like the farmer driving it. Be fun.
Ron, I would say it's a side mount 8N painted the wrong color. With a Sherman over and 12V conversion.
