The link above should give you a rough estimate for buying one new. If you've got the time, the welder, and/or the scrap stock lying around you could probably make one cheaper. It will bolt up some way to a bracket that mounts on the 3pt. On this bar you can mount cultivator attachments, planters or a ripper. I can't tell from the link and picture of the square cultivator bar that Greg posted, if that is exactly what I am looking for but is should be close.
