I'm using an adapter plate off an industrial on mine (yellow paint on it). It has a 1/2" female pipe port on the right side and another on the front side. I couple these lines to a Cross single lever remote control I bought at TSC which I routed the outputs to 2 QD's. As I recall the Ford uses the open center remote.
I don't remember if my 3 pt has to be in a certain position or not for you to get pressurized flow to the remote....fluid that would go to it gets bypassed by 3 pt...probably in the full up position where there is an unloader valve. I remember the older Fords had the problem but I don't remember if my '65 3000D has that problem or not.....don't use it very often.
