I agree with Dave - it's a Superior loader. What tractor is it, exactly? From what I see, it's a 641 with p/s, 12V conversion, and x00 paint scheme. And -what- happened to that top link?? Around here, he'd sit on it a while at $4800. Would probably get $4000 with the loader and cultivator, though.

I have the same top link, two of them actually. I guarantee he has a weight box/chunk of concrete that has the top link connections in the center or toward the rear so when you lift it all the way it bends the top link over the front corner of the concrete in the exact same location every time. It's amazing that I can "learn" that same lesson more than once.

Brain and Fordfarmer, I have a top link worse than that one!I was using a scoop on the back of my 4000. I forgot to put the top link in the lower hole at the tractor. Scoop was digging deep going forward and folded over against the tractor. Top link was ruined. It bent almost into a V shape. Worst part is that is not the only one that I have done that to?????? It had just been 20 years or so since the last time. Keith

I was curious about the loader, looks like a wagner, well the interior part of the pipe frame, but the loader arms are a box beam kind of design, must be an early variant of superior, I thought or assume all of the superior ones had the more modern looking design, cylinders look like wagner, but then again maybe not LOL !

Someone scanned and posted some Superior sales lit a while back. They had several models of loaders. Maybe you're more familar with a different model? This appears to be the same model that was on a 641-S I had a number of years ago.

no kidding, I just like seeing all the older styles of loaders that are of the same era of these tractors, certainly can't remember all of them, but I will say some like the wagner on my 850 really impress me with what they can lift, those were the formative years of tractor mounted front end loaders, is superior gone by the wayside too, wagner is still in business, but long since ceased fabricating loaders.

Anything with a loader goes for way more than the same tractor without a loader around here (southeast PA). That tractor by itself would probably be around $2500 around here, but with the loader it would easily bring $4500 or higher.

Don't know, what's he asking for it? I zoomed way in on the picture and all I can see on the for sale sign is a phone number. |

That looks like it has a neatly modified, (loader arms) wagner loader, and a ferguson cultivator modified into an arena drag, judging by the comb on the end of it.
