Got my 660 today. It have an alternator on but with an incorrect pully size. Can someone tell me, without me buying the whole conversion kit, what when I can get the correct size pully for the alternator.
Thanks,
Terry

Hello Terry , There is a CORRECT SIZE PULLEY available for your alternator without buying a complete kit provided you have a DELCO ALTERNATOR . It is made by TISCO and the PART NUMBER IS 98NAA5825 but it is for a 5/8" wide belt and your 660 should not have that wide of a belt on it . The CORRECT DIAMETER PULLEY you would need for the 1/2" wide belt would be 2 1/4" and could be found on a number of different GM Alternators as TISCO does not sell one seperately . Thanks Tony Jacobs

There is no correct pulley for an alternator on that tractor since the alternator is not correct as in not factory. I have tractors that have pulleys from the generators on them and others that have the stock alternator pulley on them and all work just fine.
Now that I have said that is your problem a 5/8 inch wide belt and the 1/2 inch wide pulley on the alternator which works but not well or some other such thing. Hard to help you help your self unless you explain things better
