Here are the parts I ended up going with from Tisco:
E94EB9 (need 12, about $2 each) Bolt, ring gear
380135S43 (need 12, about $1 each) Nut, spider gear
The nuts were just 1/2" fine thread nylocks, may be able to find locally for less. Also, just looking now I found a Ferguson cross for the bolt, part #825776M1 also from Tisco. Those are sold right here on this site as well in the "Tractor Parts" section.
I wasn't able to find any bolts locally to do the job, not from Fastenal, not from my local industrial supply either. Your mileage may vary.
