Looks great!! Is that a weight bracket on the belly I see? Have you pulled it yet? We have a 5200 with a turbo we pull quite a bit.

Absolutely fantastic!
Now what? Put this one to work or show?
What's the next project?

Do you still have the original fenders? I would love to buy them from you.

Looks like a later model 1973-75 tractor with dual power, load monitor AND 2 remote valves! She was decked out with all the options when new. Did you find a source for the decals around the PTO, remote valve levers, 3ph, draft control lever? The decal that goes behind the Load monitor phasing lever was still available from Ford back in 2002 when I painted mine, but hardly any of teh others were available or correct. Finding decals for those things is near impossible!

George Bradish had a few listed on his site.

As a fellow Ford 7200 owner (1975 model) I must say I am extremely proud to see someone else have a passion for this tractor. They are the best 1970's row crop tractor ever built. Hands down.

Thanks for sharing!

I do have my original owner's manual, row crop supplement, and original tractor literature for the 7000, if you'd like to see any of it. I can try to scan some.

There is the correct shift pattern decal, for 1975.

The other decals that belong on the dash are the "pull to tilt" below the tilt steering knob, "air cleaner" warning light decal, dual power rabbit and turtle along side the dual power lever, a warning decal not to use ether or manifold fire will occur, and a general safety decal about transmission will not hold tractor from drifting on a hill. I'll get a picture of my dash. it is unrestored. My father ordered our Ford 7200 new from Ford in 1975, in January. (He was a Ford tractor salesman at the time) He took delivery in July 1975.

Pulled sunday got out pulled by my brothers boss Case 870 with turbo,by 18 feet.but put 20 feet on a bunch of JD 4010's and 20's.Next up for restoration is our Ford 7600 just waiting for dual power and clutch parts.Good friend has set of original 7000 RC fenders and we have an extra set of 7600 fenders. If anyone needing fenders

Nice. A neighbor bought a brand new one in about 1971-72 and we borrowed it occasionally (he was just a part timer). His partner in the farm had a utility version, also new. I got to use the row crop for plowing and disking. It was a world of difference from our Commander 6000. Your pic brought back a lot of good memories of those times.

I'm still waiting for that email! I am only 4 or 5 hours south of you. Call me if you want. 724-470-6218 or text...

I'd love to get up there to see that good looking Ford in person! Those fenders would make my whole year!
