It provides a handy place to put your stuff like pins, clips, handgun, cell phone, etc while tooling around. :) It is a pain if you have to split it. I used ALL stainless steel bolts, nuts, etc so they aren"t too hard to take off. You can leave the deck off, it will still function. It will look goofy though. [Reply]  [No Email]
