| I"m kinda fond the of the flat top deck now. It provides a handy place to put your stuff like pins, clips, handgun, cell phone, etc while tooling around. :) It is a pain if you have to split it. I used ALL stainless steel bolts, nuts, etc so they aren"t too hard to take off. You can leave the deck off, it will still function. It will look goofy though. |

| Until '77, it was the same as all-purpose models (in the 4-cylinders - the 6-cylinder models always used different linkage), just with longer shift levers. But yes, getting to them is a real pain. |

| At the flywheel is about the same as an a/p model... a rear split would be ugly. |
