Fenders for '66 Ford 5000?

Hi, do any of you know where I could order new fenders for my '66 Ford 5000? I see lots of them for the "N's" but not for my tractor.

Mine has the round top fenders. I haven't checked at the dealer, but I figured there might be aftermarket fenders?

Thanks,

Troy

I think Ultra is right - I've never found an
aftermarket source, though it's been more than a
year since I was looking. They show up on ebay once
in a great while. A boneyard might be your best bet,
if you don't want to break the bank buying new at
NH. Be prepared to have to reconstruct the bottom
where they bolt to the axle though - they tend to
rust through there. Not too hard to do though.

as the others said.. good clamshells may be ahrd to find.. and be prepaired to weld the bottom as said. I had to do that on mine when I removed them to add a rops.

alternately, you can get a set of flat tops... with or without lamps.. etc..

If you want to go with used fenders, external_link has an extensive list of 5000"s listed in their dismantled machines section at the bottom of their home page.

Just to let you know there is a UK WEBSITE and they
list round top fenders for a Ford 4000 / 5000 as an
aftermarket part. The web address is
www.agriline.co.uk

But those are the English-style fenders - they go
lower and connect to the English-style floorboards.
Fine if you have a 4/5000 with the wide floorboards
and want the extended fenders, but I'm not sure how
well they'll work with U.S. style floorboards.
FWIW, I saw aftermarket flat top fenders on ebay
yesterday, around $200+ shipping. Believe it was
marked as A&I.

New Holland has not offered them in at least the past 13 years I have had my 5000. I would love to find an aftermarket source but like Ultradog said, there is none at this time.
