Yeah, that would be nice. But it ain't gonna happen -- sorry. 45 year old equipment doesn't have enough volume to make a kit worth while.
Best bet is to just open the cylinder up and measure the parts and order what you need. I've used these guys with success. They have a very good catalog with pictures of the parts. Very valuable. One tip, DON'T use a plumbing wrench to open the cylinders. You will damage the gland nut. Buy the correct tool. I got a set off ebay for a low price.http://www.hddistributors.com/default.aspx
You will probably be needing the rod seal, several o-rings, and the 2 sets of VEE packings.
