You just don't see many of these around here, and I saw 2 today. Sorry for the size and quality of the pic - cell phone can only do so much. These two (can just see the rear of one w/o a cab in front of the one with) have been sitting in the same spot for at least 2 years. The Major or Super Major hasn't moved in that time either. Also saw a couple of earthmovers that have been parked since I was a little kid. One has a foot-thick + tree growing through it. Guess some people didn't hear scrap prices were high a while back. :) (pic didn't work for that one)

I dunno... I could try stopping and asking next time I'm over that way. But that area tends to have umm... how do I say this?... an odd lot. They may have not used something in -years- and may never plan on using it again, but just won't sell. Or it's extremely overpriced. I should ask though. Within a few miles, there are these two County's, a Major or FSM, and a JD 55(?) s/p combine in one yard, a Cockshutt 30, 40, or 50 in another, and big Minneapolis Moline in a third, plus all the construction equipment... just sitting.
