Dammm cuzz is yer neighborhood so ruff ya gotta have bullet proof glass to drive a tractor

I had to move a disc today so a truck could get to the back of the shop next week and haul off 500 gal of used oil soooo i ventured out to the garden and was gonna hit it a lick to chop up some of the stuff i have yet to knock down,,, well the disc would not scratch the ground but would try,,, I quite before i broke a disc,,, I don't ever remember the ground being this froze around here,,, a bud of mine that has a big nursery said he probably has lost 50% of what he has its dead,,, and was hope'n it would snow last week but it did not,,, the snow would insulate and melt slow give'n the plants needed water...

The bad part is I am get'n use to the cold... last year I turned every thing after a big snow,,, does not look like my Jan 20Th plow day is gonna happen this year...

WARNING  all I know I read on the Internet,,, do it enuff and you can become a guru also,,, not responsible for damages,,, I read it and just pass it along,,, proceed with caution

sure beats nothing and the wind trying to blow ya outta the seat. but I still like the truck and plow with heat, or the 8000 w cab and front plow (built from scrap blade from wrecked county truck) not pretty but works great.

it's got a roof!
blue sides, blue roof...

and i've got a big blue shop with 4 season floors
:)

ps the roof and the shop are the sky!

Yeah, it kind of reminds you of the PopeMobile doesn't it? The frost goes down about 2' here on any given year.
Alan, Don't need a roof. I just wear my tin foil hat which I converted to 12V. Keeps me warm and I get the latest news and instructions from the leadership at the same time.

Yeah, they do help. Grandpa had one on the 7000 years ago. I remember he had it parked near the south side of the barn once, bunch of snow fell off the roof and flattened the windshield. These cold days have been making me think that I should get another one. Would be cheaper than raising the ceiling in the spreader shed so a cab tractor would fit...

boy howdeee...I do declare. You are in high cotton.. hope you dont go and get all uppity on us poor country folk. you'll be driving a cadillac with a plow next week. You know a heater, air cooling machine and one of them there talking boxes to boot.

Any one who removes snow on a tractor needs a head houser or better yet a cab and proper heater..

be safe.. bill
