Ford 3000 power left

I have a ford 3000 . Not sure of the year 80"s maybe. The power left is not working right . It will bearly rase and the fluid level is full. Can someone give me an idea of what to do.

65-75 for the thousand series..

if the 3pt lift is not working, have you checked hyd pressure with a guage tapepd into a test port and chained the lift arms down and raise dthe touch control lever?

Thank's for the help but I just fixed it.
I am use to a 8N and just got this Ford 3000 tractor It was just low of fulid. I was looking in the wrong hole. hmmm and I just restored the hole tractor,lol.Anyway thank's for the help. Nice forum you got here.

so.. did you restore it without doing any fluid changes?
