860 with new electrics still won't fire

It's been a long day - I rewired an 860, followed the manual and triple checked each connection - I did it right. Then added new ignition switch, regulator, coil, condenser, points, charged the battery and cleaned the plugs. No spark. I have electric all the way to the points, so no bad connection in the circuit. Plug leads are good. Then I rebuilt the carb ..... but no difference.
I have an 8N and another Ford 860 and two 1954 Fordsons that I have rewired and they all start easily and run well.
I think I know what I am doing, but I have missed a sign somewhere - what can you see that I am not doing??

So are the points actually grounding/ (thats what they do) Using a screw driver, Ground the points while testing the coil secondary lead for spark. If you can get it to spark using the screw driver, but can't get it to spark when opening and closing the points, they are not making contact, or they are not grounded. My 2 cents worth

Thank you!
Turned out I had a problem in the distributor somewhere, that, after rebuilding early this morning, fixed it and I have a tractor that runs and sounds good.
