got a flat rear tire,do u need tube for rear tire or can they b e tubeless?thanks, tires are loaded-but don"t think I want them loaded anymore-my personal thought is that causes more trouble than what it is worth(rusty rims around tire valve etc.thanks

You don"t want tubeless i have two sets of rears i don"t like them if a stick gets jammed in the bead and rim it will leak do your self a favor and spend the money for tubes.

You can make them tubeless if rim is in good condition and tire OK. You can just break tire down at valve stem and cut stem off tube and put tubeless stem in and air it up. Just leave old tube in tire.Tube will not hurt anything inside with stem cut off. Or do all the work and remove tube.I've run several with old tube inside.

The way I always figured...was traction on the tire AND rim. The tubeless only grip the 2 together cause of airpressure sticking that tiny little flat part of the bead. The cleats ever get totally stuck, and the diff is giving it all its got, is only the air holding the bead from slipping, but with a tube, the entire inside surface of both is traction in a high torque situation. Whenever I have a lingering leak even on the daily driver, a tube goes in. End of slow leak...

I run all tubes. Modern load in tube is methanol, not a rusting agent like CaCl. If you don't plow much or use it for heavy work no need for adding the load, plus it's easier to trailer when lighter, but if you need the traction put methanol in tubes. My two cents.

thanks all, going to go with the tube, and keep them loaded, guy at work also said go with the tube and keep it loaded,I have loader on the front so I need the traction, thanks again.
