TO-35 Carb Adjustment

I'm told in passing, by an elder tractor guy, my TO35 is running rich, from the sound of the idle sput gurling.

I don't yet have a manual; wat where, and how to do the Carb Adjustments on the running tractor? What do I turn and where do I tweek it? Oh my...anybody?

read the above procedure for setting the carb.

first the electrical system must be in top condition: new points, plugs condenser wires rotor button and timing.

then you can start on carb.

my old to-35 idles at 400 rpm's and takes the fuel good under load, that is your goal.

motor must be warmed up before you start the adjustment procedure.

i use non ethanol gas in my tractor (still can buy it in my area)

i also installed a inline fuel filter between the fuel cut off and carb.

I will try to find the info i used to set my carb.

you must know which carb you have before you start.
each tractor model used a different # carb.
example there are many different ms carbs

good luck
