Hydraulic valve

well I am on my last step on rebuilding the hydrualics in my TE20, the valve I ordered from Yesterdays seems to be an older one perhaps? It does not have the cut out for the oscilating pin to fit into the valve and be c-clipped in. Should I order the one that was originally in the pump or use the new one I got and leave the oscilator off? was this the original design? should I find the proper one and install it?

The TE20 did not have an Agitator fitted to it, this came much later. There is nothing to prevent you fitting this type. The slotted Control valve is available and you can use it with or without the Agitator.John(UK)[email protected]

The Pump is not the original one, it may have been changed or repaired and updated at some time. Just make up your mind what you want to do, it will work either way, an agitator is better but not essential, as lots of tractors do not have them.If you want to avoid the Control Valve sticking, as that is what the Agitator is for, then never park the tractor with an implement in the raised position and the Pump stopped.
