51 Ferguson TO-20 Shifting Problems

I have a 1951 Ferguson TO-20 Im having trouble with shifting.I realigned the bars to get back into nuteral and still cant get all the gears.The tractor will start with out being in the S position.I dont want to tear into the gear box if I dont have to.Thank you.

Sounds like you get to take off the top cover and have a look.

If it was working it wouldn't be broke.
If it's broke, it needs fixing.
If it needs fixing, it needs taken apart.
If you take it apart, you can fix it.
