There are over 100 threads about the Kosch steering if you want to look in the archives. I understand it is suppose to take some of the shock out of the steering wheel if you are running across the end furrows before getting them smoothed down so it is not really a power steering the way I understand it.
Re: Ebay TO30 with interesting 'power' steering in reply to Richard L, 08-02-2012 17:41:43
Correct! It is a steering dampener. That is if it still is in a working condition. if you desire "Power Steering" the cheap way, you can lengthen the steering arms on top of the spindles about two inches on each side and this will make your sterring easier to turn.
