Missing Part... Plate to hold Cam Shaft TEA20

Howdy all..

We are currently rebuilding the engine on a Petrol TEA20.

Its for the a Scouting property and the engine was in a pretty bad way when we pulled it down (Hole in number 4 piston, bent pushrod in 3, no spark in 1 & 3 burnt valve in 2... Surprised it was actually running!)

We disassembled and cleaned all parts and set about the task of getting approval for funding to buy the new parts. We are now assembling and have found we are missing the part that locks the camshaft im place.

Witness marks on the plate show its a 3 bolt L shaped bracket with a 1/2 circle locking into the cam. The workshop manual refers to it as a 'copper pad' although we don't remember it being copper?

Any help in identifying the part / partnumber / replacement part would be grateful.

Regards
