TO 30 wont start

I parked the puppy and it wont start.
It is a 51 TO-30. I had the carb rebuilt, cleaned the fuel filters, replaced the coil, adjusted the points to .015. Replaced the rotor and cap (sloppy fit). I have fire at the plugs, fuel drains good (steady stream) at the bottom of the MS carb. The plugs are ok and have been set at .022. I adjusted the main jet out 1.5 turns, the idle jet out 1 turn. It has been modified to 12 volt and I see NO regulator on this puppy, but it ran fine last week. I can see sparking at the points (they are clean). I will replace the condenser tomorrow.
Need some help from you gentlemen. I received a GREAT deal of help on an old 9N I rebuilt.
Any ideas on what to do next?
Thx in advance fellas

You have fuel , and you have fire . Is it all getting at the right point at the right time ?
The timing mark is at the hole where the starter is installed .
Bring number 1 cyl. up on the compression stroke and align the flywheel timing mark with the mark on the bell housing . Check to see if the rotor in the dist is pointed toward the number 1 position on the dist. cap now .
If the rotor is pointed toward the number 1 plug wire on the cap , then you are probably ok with respect to the timing chain and gears .
We will static time it now . I mention the compression stroke because if you align the marks on the exhaust stroke , you will be 180 degrees off . Not good .
With the timing marks lined up, on the compression stroke , turn on the ignition switch . With the dist. cap off , loosen the dist. clamp, and rotate the dist in the direction that the rotor rotates until the points close. Clamp should be snug so the housing will rotate hard . Now rotate the dist. housing in the other direction slowly until the points break . You will hear the snap and see the spark . Tighten the clamp . Your timing is right on at this point .
Make sure all your electrical connections in the system are clean and tight . Bad connections break down under load .

This is not a Ford N series! It has a Continental engine.

Your point gap is too small. It should be 0.022". Plugs should be 0.025".
if it is coverted to 12V, most likely the VR is integral to the alternator. Is your coil a real 12V coil like NAPA IC-14SB?, if it is, make sure there is no resistor in the primary circuit.
