What are the main difference between the to20 and 30.

I would judge it to be the Continental Z120 engine in the TO20 vs the Continental Z129 engine in the TO30

I always look at the oil filter location on the Contenintal engine to tell if it's a 20 or 30. 20 is in the bottom of the oil pan and 30 is on the carb side of the engine.
Also air intake is on the right side of the dash panel on a 30

to 30
