I need to replace the real axle seal in my TO 20 , I have the retainer off, but is the bearing pressed on? Do I need to go to a shop with a press to get the bearing off? Thanks in

The axle seals on a to-20 will not last long and will be leaking on your brakes. Check out sureseals for a Ford 2 n 9 n they will also fit a to-20 . The axle bearing will have to be pressed off and most likely can not be reused. The sureseal fit over the bearing which has been greased with axle bearing greased. Did my 15 years ago and still going strong.
