Te20 pushrod tubes

Hi I have a Ted20 and a couple push rod
tubes are leaking from the top.
Is it possible to just change the seals or
do I need to change the tubes aswell?
Also does the head have to come off to do
this?
If I do need to change the tubes does
anyone know where I can source them? I
can't seem to find any anywhere the engine
is a standard triumph. So do I need to
findtriumph push rod tubes?
Many thanks. Sorry for all the questions

Here is some archived info on TEA tubes.

I've never tried to change one, looks like quite a job.

If the head is still on, and the tube is not damaged, just leaking, I think I would try sealing it.

Try cleaning it from the inside and out with spray carb cleaner and air, get it as dry of oil as possible. Then try to mash some JB Weld, or your favorite sealer, into the gap between the tube and the head. Be sure to have a plan to remove any excess from inside the tube before it sets.

I can't say anything about the size of tube but Harley makes a tube that is sleeved and expandable, might look into it? It's probably avail in chrome only, maybe start a new trend. lol
