Fe35 standard diesel. Leaky banjo fittings on fuel filters

Hello All. I'm having an awful time keeping ahead of the fuel leaks on this filter setup. Is there such a thing as a replacement filter setup either with spin-on or CAV filter heads? Changed the copper rings a few times but no real improvement. I just turn off the fuel supply when it's not in use.
Any and all suggestions much appreciated. Thanks

Make sure something isn't cracked somewhere in the fuel system, I don't have any leaks at all on my 23C fuel system. Did need to re-solder the tank supports when I got it years ago though.

I replaced mine with a Parker water removal type fuel filter. Have also replaced the air filter and made an adapter for spin on oil filter.

I have a UK built FE35 with the standard 23 c diesel. I had a leak at the fuel filter. It was because replacement copper washers were thine than the original, the
bolt was screwed in tight, but not enough to seal the washers. Due to the position, nothing felt loose. Once discovered, I put two washers on on side of the joint,
Problem solved.

Thanks fellas. I'll try the thicker copper gaskets first but that filter setup looks like the way to go. Appreciate it
