TO35 rear axle bearings

Before I got the rear axles out I had "assumed" those bearings were lubed by oil from the rear end/hydraulic fluid. Looks like I'm wrong. Its grease. Its most likely ran this way since 1955.
I'm replacing bearings and seals. Should I tap in a grease fitting for future lubing? Tractor will be for play. No work.

I would not put in a grease fitting. Too much and grease will be on the brake shoes.

It worked for 60 years, probably outlast all of us with just packing.
