I have removed the governor of my TO20 the old flyweight governor is in pieces. I have ordered the assembly that is
on this web site. I need to find out what it will take to mount
it, and make it work.

I would take off the oil pan to get at the pieces and order a manual before starting.

found the instructions elsewhere, the manual was not clear about the style change.
The parts manual shows both types. Your correct about
removing the oil pan as all the missing pieces went down in the gap between the block and the timing cover into the oil pan.

The I&T manual says to use a shim washer approximately 1/16 in. thick ( Ferguson # 12CH208) when replacing the flyweight governor with a Novi ball governor. Shim is inserted between cam gear and governor drive assembly per manual.
