Finishing up this Sherman Hi-Lo install -
The Ferguson Sherman is specially designed with the case relieved to fit over the transmission bearing cap and the shifter assembly housing designed in such a way that the 'reverse-start' shaft coming out of the transmission has room to work - however these special features do not allow for use of the original starter linkage -
I made a template out of cardboard and had a local metal shop cut the design out of 10g metal using their high pressure water jet magic machine - I had to grind a little more relief to clear the transmission housing, but things look good otherwise -

The metal shop has this CAD file saved if anyone should need this item - I realize it's not a high demand piece, unless you need it...
