Fix that Ferguson (parts place)

Has anyone gotten parts from this place and were you satisfied? I ended up getting parts from here because this was the only place I could find the special bolts for attaching the ring gear to the differential assembly.

First of all I am not bashing this place in anyway, I understand mistakes happen, and sometimes emails don't work. Just wondering if anyone else has had problems or if I'm just that lucky.

First order I got axle trumpet gaskets and shrink collars. I did measure the trumpets and I'm 95% sure I clicked on correct ones, well I got wrong ones, I also opened the package so that mistake is on me. Shrink collars I did order correct ones and part # on package was correct but one package had wrong size shrink collar in it. I think i sent about 4 emails (there is no phone# listed on their site) about the wrong shrink collar and only got one repley after the 2nd email.

Second order I order the trumpet gaskets again. I measured again to make sure I got correct size, 100% sure I clicked on correct ones. Then sent an email to confirm my order and it listed my items. The part number listed for trumpet gaskets in confirmation email was for wrong ones again. Sent them and email immediately stating I ordered the 14 11/16 trumpet gaskets and that the part number listed in confirmation email was for 15 1/4 trumpets. Never got a reply and package showed up yesterday with wrong gaskets.

So sending another email today about gaskets and shrink collar. I seen stiener has parts I need but trumpet gaskets only come in kit. So I'll give this place another week to get this squared up before I go else where.

What is the part number of the gasket you need. I think I may have them.

AKA "fix that ford". Google the address list on the site, it points to a residential house if I recall correctly. Ordered some parts for the neighbors Ford. Parts finally arrived but took a long time. I had sent one email about when to expect the parts and it was answered in a timely fashion.
I don't think they stock any parts and order as a dealer from some place, then ship out.

I had trouble with parts too. Made it very clear in my email prior to my order that I needed 12 bolt hole gaskets for the axles - got six hole anyway.

Also got some wrong parts - tried to return and got no answer to multiple emails. Got stuck with the parts

I will NOT be buying there again.

Well I got a response today says my correct parts will be getting shipped today. So we shall see what happens.
