1952 Ferguson TO30 Clutch Disc Question

I need some help in determining if I can use the 10 - spline, 9" clutch disc with 1 3/8" hub [color=blue:558086b12c]w/six springs[/color:558086b12c] in place of the current disc that is solid and doesn't have springs? I know the springs help in alleviating some of the abrupt jerking that occurs but can it be used without it affecting the flywheel or pressure plate? New at this! Thanks for any input.[/i][/b]

This site sells both styles, I have to assume spring center hub disk will work.
