Trying to put new bushings in the front end of the TO-30. I ordered a long bushing from this site and it's the correct length but the o.d. is to big. The hole in the axle is 1.95" and new bushing is 2.075'' all other dimension are right. Anyone know where to find the correct one?

If that was me I would call them and tell them what is going on. They might send you the other one. They have been real helpful when I needed to get something different. Of course Monday being a holiday maybe not to many places open.

9N Ford bushing OD is 1.913 per this site.
Maybe you have some mis matched parts.
OD of Ford pin is .002 different from Fergy.

Sounds like the Ford bushing might work. I need to call them about some other issues with my order. Thanks for the help.

You have to ream all bushing to fit your axle. They are made this way so it will fit correctly. Even clutch shaft--brake bushings etc are the same.

when you get it all back together, remember to keep it coated, lubed with dry or spray graphite (only) from time to time.
should last many years.

grease and oil only serve to collect dirt and will aid in wearing the bushing out faster.
