TO20 oil filter assembly question

what keeps oil from leaking out around the bolt head that holds the filter cover to the oil pan? Any help is appreciated!

AGCO parts book shows it to be a O-ring. 1850927M1---You should be able to just buy from auto parts or hardware store.

where does the o ring go, between the bolt head and filter cover or between bottom of basket strainer and the filter cover?

It's actually a fiber washer, not an O ring. I've attached some pages fro the parts manual that show how the filter is assembled to the motor. First there's a spring, then a felt washer, then the cover, another felt washer,the filter element and screen, the big rubber ring, the cover assembly, a fiber washer and the bolt that goes into the tube that holds it all together. The drain plug also uses a fiber washer. A soft copper washer can be substituted for the fiber washers if you wish.
Pay no attention to the part numbers on the sheet, they're not current.
